P400 : 2TB per disk limitation

Hello,
I would like to know if someone encounter the same problem :
I'm trying to create a RAID 1 (1+0) of 2 disks on a P400 controler with the last firmware.

If I try with 2x160GB disks, it works, I could create volume, install OS...
with 2x2TB disks, The P400 create array, but it doesn't work after reboot, disableing 1 disk or the another, sometimes it boot normaly...

I read that the P400 can manage 2TB disk.
