Hi everybody!

I'm using a DLT VS160 Tape Drive for my backup tasks. I had installed and configured for this device. But Window (Windows 2K3)backup tool in my server did not recognize or detect DLT VS160 Tape Drive.

Pls help&explain for me

Please verify if the Server is compatible with the Tape Drive. Please click on the following link for compatibility list:

First of all. Thank you for answerring me.

As you suggest. I had checked the compatibility of my server (my server is ML350 G4)&tape drive. It's OK.

But one thing I want to tell you that I had installed a third party backup tool which is TAPEWARE software (Yosemite corporation). And I can do backup task. TAPEWARE can detect and recognize DLT VS160 (I can backup system state, file, ... to tapedrive). Because I have no license for TAPEWARE so I have to use Windows backup tool.

Please tell me How I can do
