Problems with the P420 controller in the G8 microserver
Hello Goodnight.
I have a problem with the G8 microserver. Let's see if someone from the community can help me.
I recently migrated from a p410 to the p420 with 2GB RAM, but I have several problems, the configuration I have on the disks is: RAID5 4 ├Ч 6 TB in the bays connected to the Slot1 of the controller, and then I have RAID1 2 X 120GB (the operating system was installed here) and RAID0 750GB in the Slot2.
The first problem has been that the p420 controller has stopped detecting the solid state disks that it had in RAID1 (before the migration, update the server with the SPP). After putting the p420, I have seen that the firmware is outdated, but when trying to update through the SPP, when it is in the process of "Proces Inventory" it stops at the middle of the progress indicator bar, and no longer advances.
I do not know what the problem may be, and I would not like to return the controller. Could you be so kind as to give me your opinion?
Thank you very much and greetings!
I understand that this is the most recent firmware version, and it seems to me the 6.68 in the POST

I attached some photos.
The controller is detected by the system
Here he spends five minutes without advancing in the POST
Here he spends another five minutes
And in the SSA the disks do not appear (and in the POST if, but without detecting the ssd array, in "Storage" of ilo only the HDD appear)
