Proliant 3000 Compaq System Configuration Utility

ok i'm having a problem after buying this server. it came with no software and no information of any type, used the information on the forums and the pdf files online. i come to use the Compaq System Configuration Utility download from the this download drivers area and its in french. any idea where the english version went ?
