Proliant 5500 not seeing more than 6 drives with Smart 2P array controller

Will see drives in bays 0-5, putting drives in bays with higher numbers 8,9,10 etc drives do not show.
5500 BIOS updated
Smart 2P BIOS updated

Any ideas please

Simon:

Have you checked the SCSI point to point cable inside the server to the drive cage is connected and or not damaged?

Have you tested to see if the first set of drives are seen on second port by moving the cable?
