Proliant 800 bios

I just purchased a used server Proliant 800 and can't get into the bios to set up everything. It only recogizes 1 of the 2 SCSI hard drives and wont recognize the tape backup.
I down loaded what I thought was the setup disk but it wasn't. Please can anyone tell me how to enter the bios

Download the SmartStart CD version 5.5 and set up your oldie all new by booting this CD.
