Proliant DL100 G2 Storage Server

I have a Proliant DL100 G2 Storage Server. I am trying to get a remote agent for Veritas Backup Exec 10d on this server. I keep getting a
"Remote Calls are not allowed for this process".
I have tried to get the DCOM enable (and it says that it is enable when I get to it) but, I continue to get this error.
Also, how do I get the permission for the account to be recognized? I ask because it also said that the account does not have permission to start the service.
