Proliant dl360 - "cpu zone fan assembly failure detected"

I have tried flicking the s6 switch and running a bios upgrade. I was unsuccessfull with the bios upgrade because I couldnt get the machine to boot from the disk. ie ps2 and usb keyboards wouldnt let me into bios setup before getting the error above.

I am at the stage where I would like someone with a bit of knowlege about these servers to fix it for me. Where can I find a telephone number or email?

I am in Newcastle Australia.
