ProLiant Server Migration (P2P)

When I try to migrate a PL DL380G4 to a DL380G5 with the ProLiant Server Migration Pack(P2P Edition), version 1.20, everything seems to work fine, but at the end of the migration, CHKDSK will run continously without ever stopping. After a few hours, I stopped the destination server, and tried to reboot it. It started showing the Windows Server 2003 splash screen, and then immediately rebooted, without any error messages, BSOD or anything else.

This is my first experience with the P2P software, so I don't know how this is supposed to work, but it seems to me that CHKDSK running over and over again have to be wrong. Any reason for this? What can be done to solve this?

Do a clean install of your Application station. Do not use this PC for any other work during the migration process.
