PSP 7.40 - increased notifications

After we upgrade PSP from 7.30 to 7.40 the foundation agents seems to be a lot more sensitive than before, resulting in loads of email notfications about high CPU, disk and so on.. We have configured thresholds, on CPU, disk, pagefile...

Any explanation ?
