RAid card P222 with Microserver Gen8 disk reads

Hello, from some months I have the following setup. Microserver Gen 8 + P222 RAID + 4X2TB WD Red disks. The server is next to my computer and major part of the day is IDLE. I can hear disks seek (loud) continuosly like each 5/10 minutes. I think this is the autorepair/autoscan feature of the P222 RAID. The sound is annoying me. The raid controller report no errors in disks and the array is fine. Can I dissable this o reduce this operations? Is this happening to anyone with similar setup?
