raid failure on HP Dl380 G3

hello,

this is the second time i get a raid problem , the first time we had to replace the whole server and using our exicting hard disks and formated the system drive because windows was corrupted by this failure. i dont want to apply the same process . is there any solution for that?
now i am having a blue screen followed by a reboot everytime i try to boot up windows.
PS: this server has windows 2003 OS and 2003 exchange server.
