RAID option (ctrl-f) missing from Proliant N54L

RAID option (ctrl-f) missing from Proliant N54L

I am trying to set up RAID on my microserver Proliant N54L, and there is not way i can get to the CTRL-F configuration page for the RAID.

SATA is set to RAID in BIOS, also updated BIOS version, but no luck.

Any idea??
