Raid rebuild on N54L ?

Hi everyone, i have just purchased my second N54L server and this time decided to run Mirrror Raid using the onboard controller. How ever even though the 2 2TB discs from Seagate are brand new, one has produced a S.M.A.R.T. warning saying its bad and the raid has become critical. How do I do a rebuild using a different 2TB drive? Thanks
