Rec'ed Use Netserver lc3

Hello all

I rec'ed a use hp netserver yesterday i got it home today hooked it up and the server turn over but my monitor wont come on. i stopped by a local pc store bought a pci video card and still notting. I would like to get it up this way if i can see whats its doing i might can fix it...((NEED HELP))
