Restoring ML310 servers files with different machine

HELP!

Server crashed and we need to access our files ASAP! I removed that STT3401A tape drive from the dead server and moved it to my workstation where is only Windows XP PRO's Backup program. That program says that the data is unrecognizable or it might be done with unsupported software. Which software that ML310 used? Where I can get it? What I can do!?

Please please - any help would be nice!
