Riloe2 in DL 360 G4 Remote Console problem

Hi
I try to connect to my server by Remote Console in RILOE2. In Java applet i see "... another user is connect do remote Console ..." or i see only blank screen (in POST or in W2K3 Server)
I try to upgrade firmware (1.16) and Rompaq in server and nothing help.
I use Sun Java 1.5 or Microsoft VM and result is the same.
Configuration via http is working.
I trying in 2 user with normal password (no %).
This is problem with cards (is bad) or is wrong installation?
