SCSI hard drive module in LC3

I have a P III Processor HP Net LC 3 machine. i need to upgrade the hdd with a higher capacity. Right now it is 9.1 GB. It is Windows Server 2003 running on it. what all I need to do? also what is the size of SCSI HDD available now. can I use any ultra wide scsi discs with 10,000 RMP in this?
