Server looses array on reboot, but ok on power recycle

Server looses array on reboot, but ok on power recycle

I have a Proliant ML370 G4 with a 6400 array loaded with Windows Server 2003.
If I restart the server, the drive array does not show and the server will not start.

If I power down the machine and then power on all is well.

Anyone seen this before?
