Slowing down the case fan

Is it possible to slow down/control the case fan on a Proliant ML-115 G server?

Hi Spile,

Its server grade hardware, its not possible and logically make no meaning in Stability and robustness of the hardware.

Its possible in latest versions of Desktop's. why not even in some of Laptops .
