System Beeps

I have a netserver LH3r. When I Power it on, it beeps once, then it gives me 3 consecutive beeps, but doesnt boot. No video, no hard drive activity nothing. Anyone know?

Have you tried clearing CMOS? I would also bring the system down to a base config, i.e one proc, one stick of memory. No PCI cards.

If it can beep at all, then at least one processor and VRM is ok. The only beep code I remember is the infamous 1-3-3-1, which means "memory error" - usually, a DIMM isn't plugged in right, or is incompatible with the system.

I read somewhere else that it was the memory too, so i switched the memory to no avail, then I called HP, told them the beep code which was 1313, and it turned out to be a bad connection with the keyboard. Thank you all for your help though
