Troubleshooting HP Power Manager 4.1

Hello,

i have a question for the hp power manager configuration. in my enviroment i have a HP R3000 XR UPS with a few ProLiant Servers connectet. At the last time we have problems with the electrical power supply. The electrical power supply has a blackout for 1 - 2 seconds and the UPS shoots down all servers in the configuratet delay (5 min) time an the the ups take a reboot. So the blackout is only for a few seconds an a poweroff of the servers is not needed also the ups reset.

how i can configure the power manager that he shoot down the enviroment only when we have a long blackout and his battery is going to very low.
