Ultra 320 Driver for SCO

hello,

i'm installing SCO 5.0.2 on a ML350G4 but it seems the disk controller is not recognised and i can't find the correponding driver, can anyone advice please where to find that driver?

System: ML350G4, Controller: Integrated DUal Channel Ultra320 SCSI Adapter
