uninstall / remove cp006261.exe ProLiant DL380 G5

I have a ProLiant DL380 G5 with the following installed:

Intel Chipset Support for ProLiant Servers for Windows Server 2003 6.1.0.1008

I cannot update it because it doesnt need to be installed and therefore wont and I see how to remove it

Any thoughts?

Is the server running WS03 x86 Edition or WS03 x64 Edition?
