Update my server
Hi I want to upgrade my Compaq Proliant ML330 in wich I install Windows NT 4.0 Server . I want to upgrade it to Windows 2000 server what can I do to upgrade it?
I ask this because the firware and Compaq Management server that I install it's for windows NT 4.0 Server
What can I do It's extremely impotant

First, check the HP website for the latest bios. If the 330 is more than a year old, then there is probably a new firmware for it. It might not be necessary to have it though.
Second, the management agents should not matter, but if you want to do some pre-configuration work, update the server with the latest available SSD for NT4. Afterwards, you should not have a problem upgrading to Windows 2000. Just make sure you have the OS requirements covered. I think it is SP3 for NT4 or SP5, I don't remember.
After the upgrade, you will want to run the latest available SSD for Windows 2000.
