Upgrade Memory on ML110 GX2

Hi..

The machine that i bought, came with 512 mb lynx memory.
Now I've bought 2 ps of Kingston KVR400S4R3A/512 PC3200 ECC CL3.

But the machine wont't boot, no mather where I put in the memory.

Does the new memory fit to my machine ??

ps. sorry for the bad english, cause I'm danish.
