UPS Management server shows no device or UPS not connected

I have UPS HP R5500 with additional management 6-port card. I have connect to that card with the serial cable and DB9 adapter, and set it network parameters. I can connect to the management card via http or https over the internet (username admin and my password). But when i try to connect the management server over the network with that card, management server shows no device or UPS not connected. The address is right, i also try with password MustB6 and my admin password. I also try with serial cable, but also no connect at all.

exactly same config... and exactly same problem...

firmware version of the UPS mabagement module:2.0.09

I find a way to make it working:

check the "Run Event Procedure" option on the setup screen of attached devices tab on the management module...
