USB2.0 support Win2k ML350 G3

I've got a problem with an IOMEGA REV35 USB2.0 drive.
I'm not able to get it running on USB2.0. I've updated Win2k to SP4 but still no usb2.0 support.
Can anyone tell me how I can get this working?
