Video problem on 370G5 and SLES11
Video is horrendous on 370G5 with SLES11 installed. Tried monitors p1130 and L2045w (both HP). I use the same server for SLES9, SLES10, RHEL5, and Windows by just swapping hardrives - no video trouble at all. With SLES11, sax2 enables 3D Acceleration (and you cannot turn it off) even though the radeon es1000 chip doesn't support it. Removing "load dri" from xorg.conf solves this, but not the video problems. Right now have to use 800 x 600 and bold fonts just to be able to read anything. Anybody else try SLES11 on a G5?
