Virtual Connect Manager

I currently have two Blade Chassis within the same domain.

Each blade center has its own uplink port there are also two stacking links between the blades

When i disconnect both stacking links the second blade center is isolated from the network and its uplink port does not become active ?

Any Ideas ?
