Wrong CPU MIB value

Hi all,

I am using HP mibs to graph CPU usage. Unfortunately two of them started reporting permanent 100 value, while system is idle. I have 4 CPUs in my machine and cpu 1 started doing this few days ago and CPU 1 just 10 hours ago.

Do you know what might be the reason for this? I tried restarting hpasm and snmp but there was no effect.
MIB I am reading:
1.3.6.1.4.1.232.11.2.3.1.1.2
I am using RedHat enterprise linux 4.
