Lefthand P4300 Warning event not available

We have an installation of 2 P4300 G2 nodes.
Both have been upgraded to sanIQ 9.0

On the management group there's the following warning on the "events" node.

Warning Events are not available . Unable to comunicate with the storage system 10.0.30.20. The issue may be due to momentary comunication interruption...

However the 10.0.30.20 node do respond and is healthy

how can I solve that issue ?
