MSL6030, NS E-1200 Errors

I am stumped as each day we lose connectivity for our tape (MSL6030) that can only be resolved by a reboot. Lookng at the router I see all devices discovered properly. Backups seem to run fine as well. In the Windows 2003 server event log I see the following error:

I have also attached a log file from the E1200 for review as there are numerous bus errors. Hopefully someone out there can provide a little insight
