Hard disk error doesn't show up in HP SIM

We are running HP SIM v6.3 on Windows 2003 server. One of hard disks has red led and HP Array Configuration Utility shows an error. However, HP SIM doesn't show any errors. Do I miss some configurations on SIM to show the error? If yes, wnat should I configure to send me the notification when the hard disk has a problem?
