HP SIM stop working

Hi,

My client HP SIM stop working.

When double clicking the SIM icon it is stuck on Waiting for the HP System Insight Manager web server. 

Try opening it with https://localhost:50000 either with IE or Firefox no luck.

Telnet  to port 50000 said Could not open connection to host.

I could not find which version of HP SIM installed as well.

 

The operating system that the software installed is Windows 2008 32 bit edition.

 

Anyone could help me with troubleshooting guide?
