TippingPoint device randomly shuts down.

My TippingPoint device shuts down randomly.  There is nothing in the log files.  It only happens at night.  Then, when I try to restart, it comes up and shuts down several times before starting.  This also usually happens on the weekend.   My other TippingPoint has no problems.  Any idea or known hardware issues?
