How to read the accounting logs from a NPS AAA radius server (IN1609.log)

We are configuring AAA via radius with NPS Windows Server 2012 with our 2530-8G switches (J9777A). The authentication and the authorization functions are working, but we need to know how to read the logs that the radius server creates for  the accounting process. A file (IN1609.log) was created in the server but the entries in the files are numbers or hexadecimal values .
Is this the right file (attached) to see the output of the accounting function? Is there any application that can show this files in a human readeable format?
