Agent Login / Browser Message

I'm trying to login to IM agents on 2 W2K servers running Metaframe XP, and on one machine I get an error telling me that the browser is probably not accepting cookies or that the time might be way off.
On the other machine I get a Page cannot be displayed message.
I think these errors are related. Any ideas how to resolve this.

Rick,

Are you using certificates for authentication to your servers? If so, you may want to make sure the certificate has an accurate date and time.

To check to see if you are using certificates, double check the settings on your agents. It should be set to allow all, allow by name (and have the name of the IM server specified), or allow by certificate. Do you get prompted to accept a cert when logging into any of your servers?

Have you tried re-installing the agents on the systems you are having problems with?

Hey Rick, by any chance to you have an underscore in your computer name? This can also cause problems. It can also mean a problem with DNS. To troubleshoot, try going to https://ipaddress:2381 of a server you are having problems with and see if it works. If you can't resolve the DNS issues, or change the computer name to something without an underscore, you can set IM to always use IP's instead of Names from the settings tab.

All I did was go into the SNMP service and changed my community string and under the security tab i set the IP address of the machine running IM7.
I did get a certificate prompt once. Then I imported it into my machine.

Should I just re-install the agents? Do I need to remove first?

Both machines have underscores. I changed it on one of them an that did the job. So i'll have to change the other one too.
