Hard Disk Drive Model Matrix

I need to correlate the drive mdel information in Insight Manager's R_PhysicalDisks.DriveModel column. I am specifically looking for a matrix of the drive models to Spares part numbers and standardized english descriptions of the drive models.

e.g. I need to know that:
Drive Model BF03685A35 is part#=286776-B22
, spares#=289241-001, Description=36.4GB Ultra320 Universal Hard Disk 15,000rpm

A similar request was made a few years ago:

I'm trying to find a cross reference between the drive model number that Compaq Insight Mar reports and the spare part number. My CM reports a failure on a drive of model BD0186349B, but the Hard Drive Matrix on the Compaq web site does not list the ewer drives. HELP!

Here you will find compatibility tables for all drives (current & discontinued), their option part numbers, spares part numbers & standard descriptions.
