Hello all,
I'm having the following problem with Insight Manager 7 SP2:
In the device list, I can only display properties of one of the servers (in casu, the one that has IM7 installed). When, for instance, I try to display the hardware status of another server, by clicking on the icon in the HW column, I get this "Account Login" screen saying "this is a private system, etc.." and I am prompted for login account information. Top left corner says: "Loging Account: anonumous" A pulldown box provides admininstrator, operator and user accounts. However, the default administrator password that I entered during installation isn't working.
Any help is greatly appreciated; thanks in advance all.
With kind regards,
David
