Integration Maintenance Utility - no product list

When I try to open the Integation Maintenance Utility (5.1)to point to the Integration Server, I cannot see any product list under Compaq although I have downloaded a lot of software from the web site to the CPQIS1 share.
What did I miss? I have installed Insight agents,SNMP on the production server. Also I can see product (e.g. the survey utility)listed under Others
