MIB registration problem

I'm trying to import some Enterasys MIBs into the SIM database but while the mcompile command runs correctly the mxmib -a returns the message:

"Error reading MIB: MIB node has no parent line 23"

What's the meaning of the error? How can I import those MIBs?
