Terminal Services

Hi-

I recently configured three Proliant DL360 machines with Windows Network Load Balancing to host one of our company's applications. Access to this application is using Windows 2000 Terminal Services. In order to view the active users on terminal server I use Terminal Services Manager from a workstation on our network. This was all functioning properply, until I installed Insight Manager 7 and starting monitoring these servers. Yet, if I go directly to those servers I can see the active users through Terminal Server Manager. My question is, does anyone know of why after installing Insight Manager 7 that I can no longer view my Load Balanced servers in Terminal Services Manager?
