Hello
Recently after i performed a BMC firmware upgrade from 1.11.0 or abouts to latest 1.18.0 for a CL2200 GEN10, im unable to use the BMC credentials that are on the server sticker "Administrator" and the string of text/numbers. Is there a different set of default credentials for this version or any way to reset the BMC, any other logins to try, etc?
Trying to reset the password at the login screen suggests via error message that the user "Administrator" doesnt exists, but one "admin" does, but using that dont work either
Not: The defaults worked before the upgrade and no changes were made to users or passwords
Thanks in advance

Re: CL2200 GEN10 BMC Firmware Upgrade Unable to Access
Hi, i did share credentials above, but further details below
The upgrade to BMC 1.18.0 deleted the default Administrator/(password_from_server_sticker) (*2) profile from the BMC users Channel 1 Slot 4, not sure if that expected or a bug. I was able to get in using another default profile that i was not aware existed via user and password (*1): ADMIN/ADMIN and added the default server sticker profile manually back into the BMC via settings.
Settings --> User Management --> Channel 1 Slot 4 (Added it back as per server sticker)
