Hi, all

My first bet is that you don't have the iLO Advanced Pack (activation key). Without this key you can only have limited functions and no Web Based Interface, you can only use CLI.

You should check if it is licensed since you've already checked all of the above recomendations.

Without licensing iLO Advanced, you still have the ability to access iLO via browser or command-line and to initiate graceful OS shutdowns.

You will not have the ability for graphical remote console or virtual media as well as some other features that are listed.
