DL380 G3 after lights-out update to v1.89

I have updated a DL380 G3 to v1.89 of lights-out firmware using the browser method. All seemed to work correctly but after lights-out restarted I could not connect to it. I rebooted the server and there was no mention of lights-out on the way up. I powered down and removed the power for a minute and tried again. Now the server will not post. All LEDs inside and out are green. When I Power on the hard disk lights come on and the floppy light then nothing. Any ideas?

We have had the motherboard replaced so no longer a problem.
