HOWTO: Disable telnet in RILO II?

Can any one tell me how to Disable telnet in RILO II and what are the consequence if we do?!

Remote Console Port Configuration: Disabled or Automatic
Remote Console Data Encryption: Yes

If the above setting are done, you will not be able get server boot up messages when you telnet to RILOE II.

After disabling telnet, you should be able to use the browser interface and graphical remote console in the normal way.
