Riloe / Riloe II issue connecting with OS on ML350 G2

Hello, I am looking for any information related to these 2 cards and why when upgraded to Riloe II from older Riloe you cannot access OS with newer cable, but can with older Riloe cable. Has anyone else seen this? Is this normal? or does my customer need to upgrade something for it to work correctly? FYI, tried 3 or 4 of the newer cables and cards with same result. I have a box to test with, so if someone could just give me an idea, I would appreciate it. Thanks.
