Automatic Callhandling and Contract and Warrenty Status

Hi,

since our Remote Support Software Manager downloaded and installed Remote Support Client 5.05 and so own our CMS is disabled at the HP-Backend. So we are not able to perfom an entitlement check or transmit service incidents. I'm in contact with the 3rd-Level Support for more then 3 weeks now without having any success.

Has anyone the same problem or a Solution?
