Build a Collection based on Software Version Status

I'm finally beginning to get into using Insight Manager to monitor our servers. I've also started using the VCRM to deploy new PSPs out to our servers. One thing I would like to be able to do is build a collection based on the Software Version Status but I have been unable to figure out a way of doing that. Basically I want to create a collection that shows all servers where the Software Version status is not Normal. Is this possible?
